Sometimes we like to give ourselves a creative challenge, so we set ourselves the task of creating fan art in the form of two unique weapon skins for VALORANT.

“Vandal Blast” is inspired by traditional Korean decorative painting with a futuristic sci-fi twist.

Hamster Racer” is a reflection of the speedy life of a hamster, combined with the aesthetics of cartoon racing cars.

Weapons are critical to most player vs player (PVP) games, and skins allow players to customize and enhance their experience. It’s our mission to create skins that fit within a game’s visual style and lore, whilst also creating something gamers actually want to use.

This fan art challenge was an amazing chance to really test out our new 3D pipeline, from concept to poly modeling and texturing to rigging and rendering.
